I like that we get alerts for when our domains are about to expire, so we don't have to actually check them ourselves! It's also great that we can use the free plan, but it does feel like you're paying more than you need to be. They do offer discounts if you refer people to them too, which is nice, but sometimes they don't seem to honor those offers. Make sure you pick someone who has experience with this type of service. We were able to renew all of our domains at once, instead of having to go through each one individually.
