So I bought this item to protect my new JBL Clip 3 speaker because I'm an electrical engineer and god knows how rough I am with my tools gadgets etc the material was very strong and well thought out and as an added bonus the base creates a flat surface so the speaker can stand upright! It's very thick, but not overly thick, and adds nice extra casing to the speaker in the event of an accidental drop or drop, which is likely to happen, to be honest (I'm very rough with instruments/speakers). There is a small handle on the sides that will make you stand out if you try to grab it with wet or dirty hands. There are also slightly recessed buttons on the side for quickly turning the speaker on and off, and Bluetooth to make it stand out. You're wearing gloves. Overall this is a great case if you own the JBL Clip series and are looking for both durability and convenience for peace of mind!
