It's been three months since I've updated my column. My observations from actual use. To all intents and purposes, it is identical to the Chinese knockoff in terms of appearance, performance, and quality. Apparently, I overpaid for the original when I purchased it. It's a dark column. Since black ended up being so dirty easily, I would now opt for a more neutral color like gray or khaki. along with the benefits it offers. Despite its portability and booming audio, syncing with your phone requires turning up the volume all the way. Requires compromises: As the included plug (adapter) was defective, I had to resort to the old Samsung one, which only provided a very slow charge. After being plugged in for six to seven hours, the speaker was still dead. If you switch to a fast-charging power supply, it only takes 1.5–2 hours to fully recharge!
