Poor quality zipper
I am a nurse and I use this backpack for medical supplies and lunches. I have never carried anything heavy with me except a large bottle of water. I got a lot of compliments for that. But today I went to the zipper and the zipper broke. For the money they charge for this backpack, the zipper should be of better quality and should last more than six months. I am very disappointed and do not recommend it!
