Worked great for 5040ub but parts are not that easy to install. I spent almost 1 hour putting the screws on the plate. Screws are not included with the plate. Either the screw thread was torn off or the plate thread was torn off. but after spending several hours trying to find a plug and hang the panel on the wall. Mounting screw not included. it was very uncomfortable. Somehow I found a differential screw at a home storage facility and tried again. Pros: perfect for 5040ub Cons: pain when screwing. and screws screws are broken
