A bit too much bulk for relief of my right leg pain. Also, quite bulky for fitting under the bed covers. May be nice for a pregnant woman? Construction and materials seem of good quality. Comes from China in a vacuum packed bag about 1 cu. foot in size. I returned mine for reasons above, but believe me there is NO WAY you will ever get this enormous pillow back in the packaging it arrives in!
