I like that it's easy for our sales team as they can use this tool from anywhere in their mobile device (including tablets).

It also allows us multiple ways of viewing data which helps speed up time-to market when working collaboratively within an organization or across teams/organizations. We have found some minor bugs here & there but nothing major at all so far! Great product overall - would highly recommend if you're looking into getting your own CRM system set up quickly without breaking bank account!! The benefits we are seeing after implementing this software has been great compared before using other more expensive options out there such as Salesforce etc..
