I just want to be 100% honest with you I am a woman who often buys children's shoes. I wear a size 6.5/7 but I usually take a size 7 for most shoes including Crocs for women. I'm on the small side of a size 7. So I bought them a size 5 according to the inch size chart, which is a women's size 6.5 and 7. They fit perfectly but I'm still getting used to the uneven insole as is my son who has them in a different color. I just received them so can't say much about durability but will update if they go bad quickly.
