Got this for my daughter for Easter it looked so pretty on her she definitely drew attention it fit her perfectly and she said it was very soft and comfy she loves it love it and she has worn it a few times since she holds up well with regular wash with other washes also definitely recommend 😊 she is 9 but she wears 12 dresses and pants sometimes 14 and she wears 14/16 in shirts around 90 lbs I'm not sure how tall I am 5"3" and it fits my shoulder the least, so I'm guessing somewhere in that range is 4ft 9 or 4ft 8
