These headphones got 4 stars because the instructions are terrible and require personal experimentation to make them work. However, once you get the basics down, I LOVE them! They are in a very pretty rose gold color just like the photo, very comfortable and stylish looking. They charge quickly, less than 2 hours and have provided 7-8 hours of radio so far. use and not charge yet. With the volume controlled, it can be turned down low enough to enjoy inside and was surprisingly loud enough to enjoy zero turn mower operation! I'm not yet an expert on their operation, but here's what I do in terms of tuning and adjusting volume and switching channels. I couldn't find any reviews that fully explain this, so it took me a few minutes to haphazardly press, hold, etc. But here's what I found. After charging, I turned on the TV. The default mode was supposed to be for Bluetooth but I wanted FM so I pressed the M or Mode button. This brought me to the FM function but in scan mode. To be honest I'm not sure what stopped the scan as I got frustrated and kept holding the +, - and phone buttons and also held them until it stopped. So good luck, sorry! However! Once you stop the scan, I can help you. Pressing the + or - button once takes you to the next channel. If you have the right channel, it stays there. Pressing and holding + or - increases or decreases the volume. Every time the headset turns off and on again, you have to press M to navigate to FM stations and it switches to the last used station.
