This is a Christmas present for our college aged son. He likes it very much. Simple but elegant dial and beautiful metal bracelet. The watch has a certain weight and makes a solid impression. There were no instructions on how to remove links, but we were able to find a YouTube video on how to remove links. We had a rubber mallet and a metal pick to knock the pins out. When you place the pin to reconnect the two links, make sure you insert the pin correctly. When inserted with the narrow part forward, it's a simple push, push and the pin is inserted. If the pen does not insert with a few gentle pushes, you may have inserted the larger side of the pen. The first. Very nice watch for the price.
