Review on 🍱 KOOV Porcelain Air-Tight Container: Enhanced Capacity for Optimal Food Storage by Erick Hernandez

Pretty much what I was looking for. Something simple and big enough for Irish style blocks of butter without taking up too much counter space. The surfaces are very easy to clean, as is the silicone ring (easy to remove and put back on). I've seen a lot of feedback on the retractable lid (on this and most other models from other brands) - it seems to be due to the design of the silicone ring. The same protection it offers from the air prevents it from staying in the fully closed position. That aside, I think it's still essentially sealed, so I'm fine with that. In most cases, holding it down for a few seconds longer will keep it in place a little better.
