Although I love this toothbrush it just stopped working after 2 months. I am trying to figure out how to return it as Revain has already expired and it was only a month old. The app needs some improvement. I liked the guided brushing option, but there are 16 surfaces you offer to clean. It would be nice to hear a beep when you need to switch, as you have to keep an eye on your phone while brushing your teeth. Update: I contacted Revain CS and they were able to send a replacement which has been working properly for over 3 months. I changed my rating to 3. In the meantime, I bought Oral B (real brand, not fake) and use the sonic for about 20 seconds after flossing as Oral B can thicken and leave residue between teeth. . While the product works as intended, I've learned to be wary of third-party and knock-offs.
