I tried very hard to love this bag. It has everything in one. I have a Surface Pro 2 and it fits my 8 1/2 x 11 calendar perfectly. The annoying thing is that the shoulder straps don't fit the flap of the bag. There is absolutely no way. I could try to get some pliers to attach it but why? It shouldn't be difficult to add and remove anything. I have contacted support to get their "how to" recommendation or I will return it if no help is provided. I waited 2 days to get a reply but they sent the item back for a refund. I suspect they didn't know it was being returned before posting the answer to my question. Her recommendation was to try and bend the plastic and metal part slightly to fit the flap/loop of the bag. She would break if I followed her advice. I bought this bag specifically because it had a strap. Envelopes or laptop bags are hard to find with a strap. Again, it shouldn't be that hard to work as described.
