I am a single woman who loves to cook. This container size, although listed as 7 ounces, fits perfectly in a mug. I often like food that has more than one serving, but I only want to eat one serving. These small containers allow me to prepare microwaveable food portions that fold easily and compactly into my freezer. I used them to warm up and eat. I have used them for nails that need to be cooked in minutes for final prep. They work fine. They're also great for sending small portions home with friends after a party. I love her.
