I have marked this article with an asterisk because it is almost useless and is not properly explained in the description. This is probably not the cable you want as it is routed into the visible part of the case, not behind the motherboard. If your USB 3 motherboard connection isn't upside down, don't buy this. However, the return was easy. Update: After returning an item and getting a refund, the carrier contacts me a few weeks later asking about an item that I have already shipped. Ridiculous.
