The quality of these headphones is excellent, better than LG. The only problem I had was the plastic around the neck kept breaking, I had to order a second pair. had to send it back with the same problem. But the manufacturer contacted me to send me a new pair to get it right as I said the quality is very good just needs to be tighter on the neck. I don't move much so they can't break it easily and I'm very careful with all my electronics except they have great sound quality, music quality, connectivity, it's all good, better than LG and I had one LG which was $200 and it was useless, they are very affordable! I must add that the manufacturer stands behind their product and is indeed dealing with this situation in a very timely manner, replied to me, replied to my emails, very concerned about a live agent, not just a computer, taking care of the issue. this is AAA+ in my books! Don't ask for better, others just refund the money and quit! The quality they have is very good, I can't find another pair that can beat something like this, the quality and durability just needs improvement on the neck, the sound is great, the connection is great!
