It has 3 different compartments that allow you to store multiple diaper covers, or you can put diapers in one compartment, wipes in another and extra items in the third compartment. Personally, I put as many diapers in mine as I can because I think it looks neater than just stacking diaper covers under my changing stand. Discretion.
