I'm a tall man and sometimes I have trouble with a regular hook belt as I'm trying to find a comfortable, snug fit. I always feel comfortable with this new elastic belt! At first the problem was that I pulled the strap too tight. All I have to do is pull on the belt until I feel tight and the belt is snug around my waist. This ensures my shirts stay in place in my pants and I FINALLY feel secure and comfortable. For my brother, I take a set for comfort since he is a medium height person.
