$40 for another collectible? Definitely. $40 for a possibly broken kid's toy? Probably not a good buy. It's durable enough for a few games, but not indestructible. Recommended for children over 7 years old. My nephew loves it but I have also taught him to play carefully with toys. So handle it carefully if you want it to last. Collectors of Godzilla figures should be happy if they are meant to be displayed, put on a shelf, or left in a box.
