It didn't match my hair color so I didn't even try it.
The package was well packed and the hair might have matched but not my hair color at all.! I couldn't use or wear them to the event I ordered them for. I took them out of the plastic bag to see if they matched my hair and in fact they didn't. I immediately put them back in the bag they arrived in. They have never been used! I was so busy I forgot I put them in my drawer to return them. I need to return them but there is no option to do so on my order page. How can I return them for a full refund?
