Cute and comfy!: my review
I have a skinny 4 year old girl and this fits her perfectly. It's a mid/long skirt so it will fit her for at least a year, which is what I wanted (we wear skirts below the knee). 5 Stars!

- Curls strongly after washing. Good for the price
Cons
- The belt may not fit all girls properly, causing some discomfort or need for modification.
