I just received this and I love it. I don't see any flaws in the product and it seems to be of good quality. It's big for a backpack but should suit my wake needs. It's so amazing! The straps are made of soft nylon so they can dig in when you add heavy items. Very easy to set up. Update after vacation. On the strap, the metal adjustment clip had snapped and flew off, the strap had snapped, then another strap began to come loose. As sad as I got mad but didn't survive 3 days at Disney. I'll try to fix myself. I highly recommend sewing the straps yourself for durability.
