The shoes arrived in a reasonable time. You had 2 weeks. Daughter wore them to school every day, maybe less than a week as it was raining and she didn't want to ruin them. They are already broken and disintegrating 2 weeks after receipt, not permanently! Frustrating because they are cute shoes. The design is not very well thought out, I'm looking at them now. The hard plastic rubs through the rubber in the foot area, breaking the boot in half. Both shoes have the same problem. I am requesting a refund from Revain. Today I sent the shoes back, let's see if the return and refund goes through. The brand and where they were made should have been investigated more closely, but perhaps Revain should be more careful about where the items are coming from.
