Bose QC25 vs. ISOTunes

I have a Bose QC25 that I use on BART (Underground High Speed Train) in San Francisco, but when the train starts, BART switches my music at over 100 dB mute (using my phone's dB meter). Bose removes the lower frequencies, which are constant but not intermittent high frequencies generated by the train and tracks. At Bose, I cranked the volume over 50% to hear my music. After switching to ISOtunes I can save my music at 1/3, hear it clearly and didn't have a cable connected to my iPhone, it also blocks high pitched squeaks and echoes. I only take my new Bose QC25 off the plane where there is a constant low hum and the connectors need to be connected. The ISOTunes will now be my everyday headphones and I'll probably use them for home renovations as they are actually NRR certified to protect your hearing. So my next task is to try sawing, cutting/sanding with a few tools and drilling.
