This is a well-made cover that should protect your scooter, small motorcycle or similar items from inclement weather. It has no ties or straps to keep it in place in windy conditions. I use it to cover my Pride Zero Turn Scooter. It copes well with this, although the scooter is parked in a fairly well covered area with only one side open to inclement weather. on the spot if we have a storm. For protection from dust and other airborne objects in a garage or an enclosed space, this is not necessary. I'm happy with that. There are heavier suitcases, but they are much more expensive. You should consider these if you plan on fully exposing everything you cover to the weather.
