I like that it is easy to set up, integrate into our other systems without needing third party integrations. It takes some time getting used to since its not super intuitive but when you do figure out how to use all of it's features it makes managing expenses easy! Nothing really at this point in my opinion, would be nice if we could have more customizations options available or maybe an upgrade path from basic version to premium versions. Easy platform for tracking travel costs and reimbursements as well as expense reporting. I like that it is integrated into my accounting software, which makes tracking expenses easy! It can be difficult to use at times, in particular when there are multiple people using one computer. There should also be some way of keeping track of who was responsible for an expense. Sometimes we end up having to look through our emails or other files to find out how much someone spent on something. This helps us keep better records since everything is right there as soon as you log an expense.
