The bag is very nice and if you are looking for something nice and small to carry around then this is it. A few cons of the bag: 1. There are no shoulder pads - this means you only have shoulder straps2. The two front pockets are quite small - nowhere for your pens3. There is a zipper on the back, but it's too small. My diary and notebook didn't match.4. There is NO strap on the back to position the bag on the handle of your "trolley/suitcase". This was a killer for me as I have to lug my laptop and carry-on through many airports. There are no pads on the bottom of the laptop. That means if you drop it on the floor, nothing will stop the laptop from falling off the floor.
