Beautiful but runs big

Better quality than I was expecting. My girl is about 19 lbs and in 9mo clothing. I tried it on over the clothes she was wearing and the 6-12 mo size was still too big. The size down isn’t available and I don’t think she’s going to grow that much in the next month so sadly I will return
