I needed a new shaver so I looked for one that would be comparable to my current Remington. I found this great deal and when it arrived I was completely amazed by everything from the packaging to the level of performance. First of all, and nowhere in the product description is it indicated, this is a refurbished razor. It came in a small box with the contents unfolded. A bristle attachment typical of this model has been omitted. After opening the razor from its plastic, I can say that it has been used lightly, by scrapes on the body and slightly worn lettering on the back. Although the shaving head was brand new. The instruction manual was not well printed as usual, but looked like a poorly printed or photocopied version. After looking through the user manual, I also found this shaver in last place. 40 minutes of shaving isn't bad, but 16 hours on a full charge without a quick charge option is terrible, especially for a travel shaver. Within 24 hours of receipt I have requested a refund and will be sending it back.
