I think it comes down to the internals and "shielded" parts that create/transmit the actual sound in everyday use/processing. The low frequencies are pleasant, the bass is unobtrusive and sharp. ALTHOUGH the audio output levels aren't the highest and even depend a bit on your streaming source, they're acceptable and with good (EDM) hits they really go when you get good vibes that definitely keep you going around to experience it. Being a workhorse, they mold really well depending on what you're listening to and provide the best experience. After 3 months of regular wear/use they broke and didn't break like cheap headphones. I've had these babies cry and even bass jumping with some other sacrificed elements, sounds great.
