Uncomfortable, wobbly armrests

I've been using this chair for 8 months, unfortunately I have to buy a new chair. The seat is too hard and causes severe back and hip pain. Hands began to shake. It's easy enough to fix, but it speaks volumes about the quality. I would not recommend that.
