Upset and disappointed, the product is very bad!
The official Samsung service returned the phone from diagnostics without finding any defects (order 50807 dated 02/14/2022). The support hotline does not recognize the above problem, referring to the Instructions for Safe Use, which indicates the operating temperature range from 0 to +35 degrees. Therefore, keep in mind that at below +5 and above +18 you are guaranteed to risk being left without communication / navigation - checked and very unpleasant. Forums are full of the problem of this model, but the manufacturer ignores it.

- A good camera or a built-in photo processing algorithm (or both)
Cons
- Fingerprint scanner - well, it's good if it works on the third attempt, but this is not the saddest thing . The smartphone turns off spontaneously: 1) in summer (possibly due to overheating), although the temperature is not higher than +20, and the phone is in the bag and works with applications / screen. 2) When cold weather sets in - regardless of the battery charge level, it will turn off when the ambient temperature drops to 0 or below. After warming up in a warm room, it will turn on and show the same charge level that it had before it was turned off.
