Works like a dream. Simply pour some wood floor cleaning solution into the cartridge, reinsert it and start cleaning your floor. I find it best when I spray (towards me) as I draw. I don't know what else to say. He says it just works. I have mixed feelings about the build quality, I think the price is right. The build seems strong in one area but weak in another. By weak I don't mean super weak. I just thought it could be better. In particular, I'm talking about the turning part of the mop. It is at this juncture that the three parts come together. In my opinion, this area looks weak (see image). I don't think it will break after one or two uses but how long it will last remains to be seen. My final word on this product: If it breaks I will buy it again.
