I love it. so why not five stars. First, it is connected to the USB port of the computer. this increases the heat of my computer (MasBook Pro 15 inch). I bought a USB extension cable so I can connect a fan otherwise. Second, the non-slip strip doesn't work very well. It was better to keep my laptop from slipping. Other than that, it fits my 15" Mac perfectly! The fan definitely cools my computer and my knees! The padding isn't too soft but certainly makes for a nice cushion and is very comfortable. Definitely recommend this product .
