Broke within a month when only used to switch Hulu/Disney+ shows. If you're connecting a controller, the lights at the top will flash, and if you're connected to an Xbox, the lights will stay on. Most of the time it just blinks because the cable needs to be in the right position to plug it in. It works for what I use it for, but if I were a gamer or move the controller around all the time I'd say spend the extra money and get a better wired controller. Or just take WiFi.
