Looks great in my bathroom. Some plastic parts, but you can't tell by the optics. The template makes it easy to attach. Simply use a spirit level to ensure the template is perfectly level. Floors, even in new homes, can be slightly uneven - measuring won't help level them out. Plus, it helps ensure your screws go in perfectly straight. A crooked screw can cause the stem to fail.
