It's a beautiful belt and I love the look of the clasp. As to the sizing, Small said 25-30" and Medium said 31-35" (I think). My waist measures 30, or 30 and 1/4" so I ordered both a Small and a Medium. The small is pretty snug and the Medium too loose to wear. So measure your waist and, if you're right on the edge, then it may not work out well for you.
