I have used it with regular facial cleanser BUT you need to dilute it for foamers. I used 1/2 oz of laundry detergent to 4 oz of water (distilled in this case). I have actually used this particular washing solution for stitches from skin cancer removal. You don't have to work with the wash to make it foam up and it doesn't stick to the seams like regular gel. Highly recommended for gentle washing. Also extends the life of your product as it is a fraction of what you need to use straight from the bottle. No weird plastic smell, nothing broken, pumps work first time, great product!
