The customer support is very good and they have really helped us in building our product with some great features that are most relevant for us. Also, it's free! But I would like more integrations. It could be helpful if there were more APIs available (especially when you're looking at integrating with 3rd party software). And the mobile app should also integrate better with other products we use, as well as third-party tools such as Slack or Jira. We've been using this tool since 2016 but recently started having issues where certain fields don't show up in their integration with Salesforce - so it can become difficult tracking who has access to which information without resorting to email threads between internal folks and CitiBeats Support team members. This helps ensure only authorized users see this info and help avoid sharing sensitive data unintentionally.
