Nice but smelled bad and had tiny bugs!

When you receive the package, it is very small, but the duvet covers and pillowcases are vacuum packed in a small bag. The duvet and pillowcases are very light and look just like the picture with a nice print. The ceiling itself is quite scratchy. Plus it has a horrible smell and a bunch of tiny black bugs jumping and biting all over the place! I'm wondering if anyone returned this or anything before I bought it. It's beautiful, but seriously, it's disgusting.
