As the name suggests I really, really, really like this bag. It looks like a more expensive bag and I love the color. I have a grey, very nice grey. Not too blue or brown, just a nice dark grey. I like how it adapts to use in different modes. As a shoulder bag, backpack or shoulder bag. Everything is made qualitatively, the size is not large and not small. I had to deduct a star for the following reasons, which disappointed me a bit. There is a slight chemical smell, I hope that goes away with time. If not then that's a bit of a problem for me because I have a very sensitive nose.2. The zipper got a little stuck in one place and it took two hands to get it to slide better. Upon inspection, I saw a few longer threads from the seams holding onto the zipper path. After cutting, the zipper worked much better, but not perfectly. However, at this price point, I don't mind that it will likely become smoother over time. But most of all I was disappointed with the side pockets. I have the latest iPhone 12 Pro Max and it barely fits in. Phones are getting bigger, so this needs to be addressed. But the biggest problem is that these side pockets have buttons. You might think this is a good idea and it might be, but with phones, sliding in and out will scratch the phone like crazy! So I tried putting tape on the latches but it didn't hold. I'm trying to find another soft thing to attach to the clasp to hide it. Apart from those side pockets, there is no other convenient place to put your phone. The back zip compartment is too small. I'm still keeping this bag because I really like it and I'll try to fix a few issues. Another issue is that I don't like the dark stuff inside. It's hard to see what's in the bag when it's dark. I prefer a lighter inner material. Despite the smallness and needing to do something with the buttons, this is a great bag and looks very stylish.
