I have a couple of solar street lights that are pretty small/thin/slim/etc. so I expected them to be the same size (inside = less wear as they're not exposed to the elements right?) - however they were a lot bigger/thicker. Ultimately it doesn't matter - I have a 5ft metal palm tree that I use as my Christmas tree and I wrapped it around the trunk (along with a glittery garland) which worked great. Since it came in a set of two I wanted to use the second rope on the "branches" but they are too thick to weave/tamper with so I will use them elsewhere (or have them as a backup). when the first rope breaks). However, they are very pretty and have served my purpose well so far.
