I have 4c hair and I like this hair. It didn't have a smell when I open the package but I still washed it anyway. I used 7 packs because I used two strands instead of one. Overall, I like it! I will be doing more protective styles this year. Took me about 5 hours to do haven't twisted in many years. Saving money doing it myself.
