Weak and windy too much

I don't know who came up with this but they missed the mark in many areas. It's not attached anywhere to the bottom of the tire, so even a light breeze will swing it everywhere. You cannot shoot baskets at a moving target. Street trampolines, I don't understand why no one thought of this before. NOT worth $40, that's for sure.
