So this is definitely NOT a heavy duty garment bag. However, my daughter and I went on a cruise last week and I wanted a bag for our dresses (formal and casual) but didn't have much money and the price was definitely right. I liked that this one was longer than most - I ended up having to fold a few more dresses, but only the longest ones. It also matched all of our dresses - I think we had 12 of these for two. In the end I just pulled a strong rubber band over the temples. He was still in great shape from the cruise. I probably wouldn't take him on a plane (we were going to the cruise terminal) but for a car ride and the service he got from the cruise porters it was perfect.
