Review on Optimized Libbey Mixologist 9 Piece Cocktail Set by Peris Auditore

Overall this is a fantastic bar set. Making a cocktail at home is easy - this kit has everything you need to create the perfect drink. Two reasons I gave one star: 1. It doesn't have a jigger. A shot glass and measuring cup are great substitutes, but a jigger definitely speeds up the process for a recipe that includes a 1.5-ounce glass of something. 2. The lid of the shaker is difficult to open when it is freezing. I've never had this problem with a shaker, but this one seems to drag when it's cold. The top/smallest part can be easily removed so you won't have any trouble with your drink. But if you want ice to stay, it's a bit tricky. I recommend waiting a minute or two before opening it or you risk splashing yourself with excess drink mix left with ice. Overall it really helped to make quality smoothies at home. I feel like a real mixologist. :)
