I have chronic back and neck pain which working as a medical receptionist calling 200 patients a day to confirm their appointments made much worse. Once I bought this for my phone, I did not have to go to the chiropractor weekly anymore. The only complaint I have, which it could just be me being clumsy, was I tended to drop my phone a lot more once it was on. I could definitely tell the difference when I switched from my desk to the nurses desk which doesn't have one just to answer phones.
