It has allowed us to quickly create custom queues for our customers, which helps keep them organized in line order by their preferred method of contact with one another within each queue (i'm thinking about this as we speak). The only thing that I'd say could be improved upon would perhaps include better customization options/custom fields? But it's not something i've thought too much at but then again - there are plenty more customizable features available now than when they first started out! Overall great product so far!! We have had no complaints from any clients or members regarding its use thus-far either.
