Not being a carpenter, I had to drill holes in a concrete wall so I could hang it (and despite asking for planning at least three weeks ago, the The Holder was too busy to hang them) I had to pay a handyman $60 to hang this and two other items in my classroom, so 4 stars for easy installation. They look very nice on the wall they were mounted on which I use as a math word wall with shelves filled with math textbooks and children's math books. They are very strong and I really appreciate the groove that helps hold the books. Since the theme of my class is Sesame Street, the shelves with Cookie Monster stickers look really nice (I use cookie crumb stickers for words on the word wall). I received many compliments on the shelves and wall and several staff members asked where I got the shelves to use in their places at school and maybe at home. Thanks for a first class product!
